Rasha Henna

Rasha Henna A R serves as a Community Organizer at Make A Difference (MAD) in Trivandrum, a nationally recognized youth-driven NGO working to break the cycle of poverty for vulnerable children. In her role, she leads grassroots engagement efforts, directly working with families, volunteers, and local institutions to build a strong support network for children in need of care and protection.

Rasha holds an MA in Development from Azim Premji University, a premier institution known for its focus on social sector research and capacity building. Complementing her academic credentials, she brings over five years of hands-on volunteering experience across multiple social organizations, giving her a well-rounded perspective on ground-level challenges and solutions.
