This is Prashik Lohave, a development professional and social entrepreneur from Maharashtra, India, with a strong commitment to creating sustainable and inclusive social impact. I hold a Master's degree in Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), where I developed a deep understanding of social innovation, community development, and entrepreneurship. Also, I am awarded with best student in Field Work from batch 2023-25 at TISS.

Over the years, I have gained experience in entreprise development,rural development, livelihoods, monitoring and evaluation (M&E), data analytics, project management, and community engagement through collaborations with development organizations and CSR initiatives. My work has focused on designing and implementing community-driven solutions, strengthening grassroots institutions, and supporting evidence-based decision-making for development programmes.

I strongly believe that entrepreneurship, when combined with innovation and social responsibility, can address complex development challenges and create lasting impact. I am passionate about building scalable solutions that improve the quality of life in rural communities while promoting sustainability and inclusive growth.
