Prabansh

Prabhansh Dixit is a social development professional with a Master's in Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Tuljapur. He currently serves as Director at Shagrow Foundation, Sangli, and has previously worked with BAIF Development Research Foundation and the Institute of Social Development (ISD).

His work focuses on programme management, youth development, education, community mobilisation, and strengthening grassroots institutions. Passionate about on-ground implementation, he believes sustainable social change is driven by empowered communities, collaborative leadership, and innovative solutions. Through his writing, he shares practical insights and field experiences to contribute to the social innovation and social entrepreneurship ecosystem in India.
