Naji is a dedicated learning designer and social entrepreneur who has been crafting innovative, transformative educational experiences since 2013. With a profound focus on nurturing young minds and fostering global citizenship, Naji creates programs designed to empower the next generation of changemakers. As the Co-founder of The Ignite Foundation, Khoj, and Take a Pause, Naji actively leverages communication, storytelling, and global citizenship education to address complex social challenges, drive sustainable development, and inspire social transformation.

A passionate advocate for grassroots community growth, Naji’s impact extends globally. They proudly represented India at the International Conference on Global Citizenship Education (GCED) in South Korea and contributed to progressive global education movements at the Ecoversities Asia Gathering in Vietnam. An avid traveler and storyteller at heart, Naji has journeyed across 28 states in India and 10+ countries, gathering and sharing powerful stories of human resilience and innovation.

Currently engaged with the Ecoversities Alliance and the Indian Multiversities Alliance, Naji collaborates with a diverse network of educational innovators to reimagine the future of learning. Through a lifelong commitment to social entrepreneurship, Naji is dedicated to driving positive, lasting change and invites fellow visionaries to connect and explore impactful solutions for a better world.
